A beginner, dumbbell-only strength training program for the seasoned crunchy gal.
This is a simple, effective, focused and STRESS FREE workout membership, charged monthly (with no contracts). This program is also recommended for women who are working on regulating their hormones through peri menopause or for those who don’t have a menstrual cycle anymore. It’s great for the “home gym” gals! PLUS there’s an exercise video linked to every movement.
This plan has a weekly rhythm of:
Monday: lift
Tuesday: structured movement (some type of cardio)
Wednesday: 45-60 minutes movement or 30 min YouTube Dance
Thursday: lift
Friday: structured movement (some type of cardio)
Saturday: optional lift or 45-60 minutes movement, you choose!
Sunday: rest
This program requires dumbbells or kettlebells that range from 5lb-25lbs, bands and a soft medicine ball. Check out my Amazon favorites here!
