  • ‘Minimal’ workouts need dumbbells, bands, soft medicine ball and a step, box or bench.

    ‘Barbell’ workouts need a barbell, bumper plates, squat rack/stand, bench, dumbbells, soft medicine ball and bands.

    ‘Cardio’ workouts can use minimal equipment, some optional cardio machines (like a bike, rower or ski erg), but mostly just outside in the beautiful sunshine!

  • The resounding answer is YES! Exercise is safe during most pregnancies. During the second and third trimester some modifications should be made to accommodate your bump- including elevating all supine positions, avoiding the prone position and modifying plyometrics or running to accommodate the pelvic floor. If you have concerns, please see a pelvic floor Physical Therapist.

What’s different about this workout membership?

It’s from an experienced strength coaches perspective. I’m not your average fitness Instagram girly. I’ve shed blood, sweat and tears coaching in the most elite collegiate and tactical weight rooms around the country! I bring a unique perspective to the “ancestral eating + living” space.

It’s striking the balance between health and performance. On one end of the spectrum, I see women making their own bread, raising their own chickens and learning to sew. And on the other end, I see women with very little body fat, counting calories and running to death. In the middle, I find the nuance between holistic topics and wanting a fit physique- exactly where I want to be.

It’s ever-growing, self-paced and offers monthly Zoom calls. I needed a practical way to provide new programs, articles, eBooks and PowerPoints to women who wanted to work together. With the ever-accumulating mini eBooks and training programs, I’m able to highlight extra discounts, meal plans and academics while building a community with women who connect on similar Christ-centered ideas.
